Petroleum Prospecting License 217 — The Bime Field
We are a co-holder of Petroleum Prospecting License 217 (PPL 217), also known as the Bime Field, in partnership with Deep Offshore Integrated Services Limited. Deep Offshore Integrated Services Limited holds 54.22% equity interest, while Virgin Forest Exploration & Production Limited holds 45.78%.
Located in the Niger Delta region within Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, the field spans approximately 38.298 square kilometres across the Abigborodo and Omofejo communities in the Sapele swamp area. The Bime Field is a unitized asset that straddles OML 40 and has remained in production since 2019.
